The TV expert said to keep healthy we must eat 30 plants a week. Well I went foraging plants in the garden, but my wife went ballistic!

So I totted up today’s tucker.

Breakfast: cereal (oats, raisins, almonds, banana, blueberries - 5), multiseed toast (4), marmalade (orange, sugar) (2)

Lunch: dill, lemon, choccy biscuit (chocolate, wheat), coffee (5)

Supper: sweetcorn, herby olive oil (olives, basil, coriander, chives, mint), avocado, cucumber, lime, black pepper, peas, rice, wine (grapes), onion, garlic, vanilla icecream, maple syrup. (17)

That’s 33 today! Smashed it! So I’ll eat plant-free junk food for the next 6 days.😁
