The dogs barked and the little kids were curious about the 4 anglais. I approached the matronly Parisienne. “ Mon ticket, pour le concert. Il est dans votre toit. Est-ce que nous pouvons utiliser les escaliers pour le retrouver ? “. I’m shite with heights but I scooted up the ladder to the first level pitched roof. “ It’s a courtyard, the roofs aren’t joined “. The longer ladder had several rungs missing but we extended it and I was just able to grab the ticket without having to get onto the roof.
