Phillips: Morning, Mrs. Harris.
Mrs. Harris: I need some more of that dishwashing liquid, Grease-B-Gone.
Phillips: Sorry, we don't stock that anymore. We have a new liquid now called Scummo.
Mrs. Harris: What?? But I love Grease-B-Gone.
Phillips: Well, you were the only one buying it. I couldn't stock it just for you.
Mrs. Harris: This place is a joke and so are you! I bet when little Jack takes over this business from you it won't be a shambles like it is now!

Mrs. Harris: I need to pick up some more of that dishwashing liquid, Scummo.
Phillips: Sorry, we discontinued that.
Mrs. Harris: What?? Why??
Phillips: No one bought it.
Mrs. Harris: I bought it!
Phillips: I couldn't stock it just for you.
Mrs. Harris: You know, this place has gone downhill since you took over. When your father ran this place it was in tip-top shape. He never would've done this to me. The customer was always right with him. Now it's a shambles!
