180 Degree Turn #2 of 2

Five and a half were taking the ferry to Corfu for their homebound flight. As it happened, it was the last ferry for days. The weather had turned... 180 degrees. The little boat didn’t turn though, driving straight into a fantastic electric storm, attacked by the furious sea, rocking and rolling, pitching and tossing. He watched the captain fighting to keep control... and his course. In vain it seemed.

The realisation hit hard. With disaster lurking, whom to save? His new bride plus unborn, his 4yr old son, his mother, his father?

A choice he didn’t have to make. Fortunately.

180 Degree Turn #1 of 2

It had been a wonderful Grecian honeymoon on the small island following their magical wedding. The weather had been excellent, hot but not oppressively so. It had been a very relaxing break after the frenetic activity leading up to and surrounding their marriage. Nine days of September sun, of swimming and snorkelling, of speedboating, of sipping and supping and sunning.

U-n-w-i-n-d-i-n-g nicely!

Tomorrow they would make the ferry crossing to Corfu, from where they would be jetted home to their new life as Mr and Mrs.

All good! Nothing to worry about.
