David Satchell, renowned celebrity chef, was a prick to his staff. People said he had an ego, and they were right.

One day in particular, things came to a head with the maitre`d. Satchell had disappeared after that. Rumour was he'd stormed off to Cornwall.

Takings at the restaurant improved after that. Food critics raved at the quality of the fare being turned out by the kitchen. The roast dinner, especially.
