The 13, The Rebels

Of course, there are those who do not accept the rule of the 13 as readily as everyone else. These people call themselves "Humanity," but are often called the Rebels.

The Rebels would release writings every once in a while, arguing for why we shouldn't accept the rule of the 13 anymore. Some people will listen, and take off to join this mysterious group, but we never see them again.

In fact, that's the scariest part about the Rebels. We don't know whether or not they exist. It's just as likely the god-like 13 are trying to trap us.
