City Council tried. Nothing stopped kids-these-days from climbing the abandoned boxcars, throwing parties in the fields, or sneaking off for "activities." City Council tried signs, but kids-these-days ignored them. City Council tried a fence, but kids-these-days scaled it. City Council was desperate.

"Back in my day we respected that which wasn't ours," Councilman one said.
"This behavior is inexcusable," Councilman two said.
“It’s a town embarrassment," Councilman three said.
“What is it about the forbidden that’s so attractive?” Councilman four asked.

After some debate it was decided the signs and fence would come down.

Make the forbidden allowed and no one wants it any more. Thanks Neville.
