The time has come for our Armies to depart. We have left you with a stable economy and government, and grubbed out the crop you once thought essential. Relative peace has replaced continual conflict. We have done our best to remove your petty tribalism, the extremes of religious interference in government and education. Policing, homeland security and legitimate national government are now yours to determine and not directed by overseas military might.

We are certain you will make it on your own. So, good luck to you all as our legions leave, forever.
