The Beginning of Zeldas Adult Existence

by

It was too crowed in the day room. Sitting at my window, I'll be someone they don't know. I'll never look back unless it moves me forward. It's all about me now, I don't care what they think. If they don't like it, turn the other cheek. I'm going to win and they can't steal my angry golden ribbon!
Say what you will, it won't matter once the pill is swallowed. Doctors of minds wrapped in money to burn, with each of my golden memories they steal, they will pay their own price with their vile, crisp and crystal venom.

Some lovely prose here, particularly in the final paragraph. Good stuff, Kathy.
