She drags herself through the shadows like a long, shapeless worm. She doesn't have far to go, and that is lucky, because she couldn't as she is. She is alive, and that is the best that can said for her.
She needs food. Needs to hunt. But first…
The little matter of revenge.
Blindly, she follows instincts as reasonless as they are uncanny, and they lead her here…
An unmarked grave on a moonless night.
“Told you,” she rasps, digging in the earth. “Said, you couldn't keep me there forever.”
Old bones splinter on her mocking laughter.
“Told you! Father!”
