"Alexa. What's on my Calendar today?"

"Today. You have a Dentist's appointment at nine fifteen a.m."

"Alexa. What time is it?"

"It is eight fifty two a.m. On August the fifth"

"Oh! Crap!"

Charlie quickly did up his shoes, and quickly got to the car.

"God damn it! I completely forgot about the dentists!" He snarled, slamming the door shut.

Moments later, the car was edging out of the end of the road when there was a tremendous explosion behind it. The windows shattered and Charlie, wide eyed, looked into the rear view mirror at the remains of his house.
