I've heard people say it all my life. It's an old saying, it's a cliche, but it's always the response whenever you're at your lowest point. Here's the phrase:

When you hit rock bottom there's no place to go but up.

Really? No place to go but up, huh?

I get it. People are trying to be positive. They're trying to provide you with encouragement.

Well, I don't know what your relationship with Life is, but whenever I wind up at rock bottom Life always seems to have the foresight to provide me with a hammer drill and some dynamite.

Sad but relatable, I believe eventually things do turn for the better, nothing is ever one-sided forever. Very touching piece

I know the feeling. There's no such thing as "Rock bottom" They're more like "Resting ledges." For me, it's always been an incentive, not for positive thinking, but imaginative thinking. The hardest thinking of all! So, deep breath! If you need help we're with you. :)
