A group of native cannibals gathered at the missionary camp for lunch. After the slaughter, a huge fire was built and the cannibals began skinning and cooking the missionaries.
Johnson looked around, "I told Parker we were meeting for lunch promptly at noon. He's always late."
The Chief, while gnawing on a minister's leg, said, "I thought Christians were supposed to be tender. This meat is tough!"
Parker, forty five minutes late, finally appeared on the horizon walking toward the feast.
Johnson said, "Here comes Parker. What do we do?"
The Chief grinned and said, "Give him the cold shoulder!"

Hahaha! Hadn’t heard that one. Now it will be retold on the golf course this Wednesday!

Go for it! This was inspired by something that was said at my family's 4th of July gathering (actually held on Saturday the 3rd). So I don't know if this was a joke beforehand, but if people start telling it it will be eventually!
