Detective Byrd arrived on the scene and began talking to the officer.
"What've we got?" Byrd asked, looking around.
"Well," the officer replied, "witnesses say they heard a commotion and saw a crow cawing up a storm on that power line up there," he said as he pointed up.
"What else?" Byrd asked.
The officer continued, "After a few moments another crow joined him. Witnesses said they saw many more fly by and the two crows cawed at them but none of them stopped."
"I see," Byrd said. "What we have here is a clear cut case of attempted murder."

Forgive me. It's after 3 am where I am and I haven't been to sleep yet!

Best ones are during the small hours. Alongside discussions on advanced temporal physics and the nature of reality 😄 Took me a moment though 😁

Thanks, Neville and Jeff.
I had to look up and see how many crows it takes to make a murder because I wasn't sure. 3 or more was the answer.
