This is the last one, I swear. I can't keep doing this. It isn't right.
I see her. All blonde and painted up with that pink dress on. She knows what she's doing. She's taunting me, sashaying by me.
I can't. I won't. Yes, I will. Just one more. I steady the knife as she gets near me. No! This is not right! I'm a sick man. I need to get out of here.
She's coming by again. I clutch the knife.
"Would you care for another donut, Mr. Murphy?" she asks.
"I know I shouldn't. But just one more..."

Love it Christopher. You really had me guessing right until the end.
Btw... enjoyed the sashaying reference which reminded me to get my arse in gear and get on with writing my Fedeltà. With my #1 casting choice for Sofia currently on The Split series 2 on BBC right now, I’m getting lots of nudges. I haven’t found casting choices yet for my other characters, but Annabel Scholey is exactly the Sofia I had in mind.
