Harrigan got there in record time, about the same time I heard the sirens of several other police cars. I went down to the front door to greet Harrigan. I told him the power had been cut to the building. He instructed an officer to check it out and within a few minutes they had the lights back on in the office.

We went up to the office. Harrigan saw the gruesome scene of Mr. Saint's lifeless body still oozing blood and also spied the other guy hogtied over by Scarlett's desk.

Harrigan just shook his head at the scene...
