Tears Of A Clown
Chuckles rolled out of bed. He was depressed after losing his circus job, which closed down. Next stop: the dreaded rodeo.
He stepped into his slippers, which were filled with shaving cream. His son hit him in the face with a pie as he walked down the hall. His daughter sprayed him with seltzer water.
He was so distraught he tried hanging himself with his scarf, which he kept pulling out of his pocket with no end in sight.
He cried as his wife patted him on the back and he knew she'd just placed a "kick me" sign there.
