An HR Nightmare

Where I work we do a lot of commercial concrete and tile and stone jobs. Construction companies will call us in after their work is done to stain and seal their concrete floors and/or polish their marble and stone floors. We refer to the job by the construction company. A job for Jones Construction is the "Jones Job" or Paragon Construction is the "Paragon Job."

We can't do that with our newest contractor: Blowe Construction.

"Karen, see me about the Blowe Job."

"Nancy, did you get those Blowe Job pictures I sent you?"

We've just been calling it "That Job."
