You’re in the interview. Your inquisitor wants to find out all about you... whether you can do the job... and importantly whether you’ll fit in.
S/he’s heard all the simple answers from other candidates. Boring! Zzzzzzzzz!
But YOU know all about telling stories, not lies, but stories. And stories have bewitched people from the beginning of time...
”And your weaknesses?”
“If you’d asked me that a year ago I’d have said presentationphobia, but I forced myself to volunteer for every possible one and I’m so much better now!”
”And what’s your greatest achievement?”
“Are you sitting comfortably, then I’ll begin...”

The dreaded interview... here come the interview nerves, here comes fear, here come self doubts. What questions might the interviewer ask? Probably tricky ones... to catch me out!
That’s not usually their motive. They’re interviewing because they WANT someone like YOU!
What about that horrid strengths and weaknesses question? I know my weaknesses, but I don’t want her/him to know them. Maybe I should dress up a strength as a weakness, like “I’m too honest!”
NO, NO, NO! It’s transparent bullshit!
So maybe I’ll just give straight answers...
No. Answer a question with a story and never “yes” or “no”..........
