Angrboða knew exactly what to do with these troublemakers. Who did they think they were, to come into her kingdom and steal her magic, that she had spent years studying? She had something special saved, for people like this.
She grinned, as she began to chant.
Runes blazed as they hovered on the air, black shrouds suffocating the brothers. They screamed as bones crunched, transforming. They convulsed as spines twisted, whimpering as feathers replaced skin. They clutched throats, as voices faded, and mouths turned to beaks.
In their place stood two ravens. In time, they would be a perfect gift.

Nice. Although, the only thing I know about Norse mythology is what I learned from reading Thor comics when I was a kid!

To be honest, I think Thor comics is everyone's introduction into myths, was even for me, then explored it some more later and it always fascinates me. But then, the Thor comics are fantastic, one of my favourites.
