Think for a minute about the combination of circumstances that make someone who they are, and what they will one day become.

Alan kicked a man to death in the park; he actually crushed the trachea. He stole his phone and walked up to the local shelter where he told a punter:

‘What’s your number, mate? I just got this phone and want to see if it’s got credit.’

The police triangulated the call and nicked him bang to rights.
