Superheroes are meeting in Tony’s mansion, discussing recent events.
“We need to take him out before fragile worldwide associations deteriorate,” snarls Frank.
“There’s no justification,” argues Kurt, “he’s just a businessman craving adoration.”
“More like worship,” grunts James.
Clark holds up a cautionary hand, shoots worried glances at Bruce.
Peter takes up the baton. “We haven’t even traveled back in time to assassinate infant Adolf Hitler.”
“That’s still on the table,” Wade smiles wistfully.
Diana sighs, rolls her eyes. “It’s not still on the table. The ramifications of the butterfly effects are staggering.”
Jon and Stephen exchange calculating glances, determining.
