Dennis stepped rigidly through each dimly lit room, tapping the button as he moved. A sudden gruff voice startled him.
“Dennis, c’mon, we’ve got to edit these snaps in time for the show. Did I frighten you? Good grief, don’t tell me you’re starting to believe this rubbish” Vin chuckled through his beard.
Dennis frowned “Almost… done”. He tucked the phone in his pocket and glanced one last time around the dusty room. “What a dump” he scoffed. He didn’t see the white mist pour in from under the cupboard door, seeping closer to his scuffed boots.
