My Nemesis - Dave
We’d be playing the football game... similar to snakes and ladders. Great, I thought... at last a real game of chance where I stand a chance of winning! ‘We’ comprised me, Little H and Dave. H was in charge (of course).
H insisted we played in his bedroom because little sister L couldn’t get there. Reluctantly, I agreed and Dave didn’t say much... being a teddy bear.
H helped Dave (of course). It seemed strange how well the dice always rolled for Dave. I suspected bear-faced cheating! He won all the prizes!
Still, third out of three’s not bad!

Yep, we’ll remembered again, Christopher. He is the star of Small Talk, but he is actually a delightful boy, with a much more mischievous little sister, to whom he is very kind (until she messes with his Lego)
