Preparations

In the Green Man, the Groom and Best Man made final preparations for the wedding. To build up courage, courage to defy the parental thumbs down, something strong was necessary. But strong things have a habit of giving themselves away. Not a good idea to find oneself drunk in charge of a gold ring.

Nonetheless, courage of the Dutch kind was required. To give himself a chance of surviving the ceremony, the Groom calculated four vodka and limes to be ideal, but as they kicked in, he kicked off...

“I do!” he shouted to the congregation... and he sure did!
