It’s catching...

My wife is a lady. A complete lady. There’s no doubt! And like all real ladies, you’ll never hear her swear. “Oh bother!” you might hear once in a blue moon, or very, very occasionally, when really annoyed, she will shock with “Blast it!”

I’ve recently succumbed to a nasty cold, and to be on the safe side, she left our bed to sleep in a guest room. Very sensible... but too late! Yesterday she too was becolded. She returned to me. Better to be miserable together.

“How do you feel?” I asked.

“Shitty!”
