Memorable

With this virus stuff... you can avoid people by going online. You don’t have to talk to anyone on the phone; you can’t in fact! If you can find a telephone number to call, it’s usually busy.

Mrs H was trying to ‘activate’ a store card online (the 0345 number was perpetually busy). She was asked for letters in her ‘memorable word’, which she had remembered... and written down too.

‘Our records do not recognise that word’

“Well you keep making me change it to something unmemorable!” said exasperated Mrs H.

‘Call 0345blablabla to change your memorable word.’

“Aaaaarghhh!”
