Compromised

The weather’s rather variable right now so we must be selective about what we do when. In lockdown we choose what’s best according to circumstances. Compromise.

My ‘to do’ list includes clear out my study, the garage and the shed. It was compiled by my manager, to focus me. “Thanks, that’s really helpful, ma’am.”

But it’s almost June and time to plant out the seedlings I’ve nurtured, like chillies, tomatoes, runner beans. But yesterday was very, very windy, so I compromised.

I went to the local brewery for 10 pints of bitter... for the Bank Holiday.

I’m a good compromiser.
