Faith’s family always said it wouldn’t work out with Lee. He was far too immature. The age difference alone would present problems, which as time went on would worsen.

But Faith was determined. She saw through his passion for Lego, Monopoly and Cluedo. She knew that boys would be boys, so tolerated his ongoing schoolboy sense of fun and naughtiness, expecting him to grow out of it. Lee made her laugh, and he was a very affectionate boy.

So they married... a Leap of Faith. Today’s his 8th birthday. He’s watching Paw Patrol episodes back to back as a treat.
