Guatemala

I bought an avocado a week ago. By today, it looked pretty manky. There was no way Mrs H was going to eat it.

Alone in the kitchen I opened it up. Perfectly fine and ripe. Looking online, I realised I had all the ingredients for guacamole, a favourite of Mrs H.

I have never liked guacamole.

“Eew! It looks like sick!” was my wife’s reaction. “It doesn’t look like Guatemala to me!”

“Guacomole! I made it specially for you!” Very tentatively she tried it.. and liked it... so did I.

I still don’t like guacamole, but I love Guatemala!
