Sofia and Marcia had been talking. They felt sidelined. They knew Tony was very bothered about Terry apparently going AWOL and were now realising it seemed to be really quite serious. They knew that Livia must be directly involved, but was keeping the two of them in the dark. They wondered if Terry was even still alive. They needed to find out what was really going on.
They knew Livia must have someone doing her dirty work, whatever it was, and decided they must speak to him. The word was that Paolo was mighty close to Tony.
Sofia would investigate.

Sometimes Neville I imagine you with chess pieces on a table, each piece with a name sellotaped to it, and you sitting there, almost like a Greek god, manipulating the characters! :)
That's how much I'm loving this series!

Thanks very much, Drew. That is the best comment I think I have ever received. I’m glad you’re liking it. I must say that I was working on the upcoming plot line as I went to get some petrol for Mrs H today and I realised that I could not have conceived the various shenanigans in advance... at a ‘planning’ stage. It has only gone the way it has because it’s been done on the fly...but maybe now I should backwrite the plan, so I don’t get in a fix again!

For what it's worth, maybe I'd think of a backwritten plan as a 'safety net' but definitely carry on writing on the fly because it's turning out amazingly well. Let's be honest, you got out of your last 'fix' pretty smoothly didn't you?

Yes that’s true. I may still have to reverse engineer some of the early drabbles...but who the hell can remember them anyway? I certainly can’t! 🤔Thanks for your ongoing and very positive support Drew. I love this Drablr thing. (Wish people like D.M. and Lisa would come back 🤞 Hope D.M.’s OK; he left so suddenly.)

Actually, I remember them - most of them anyway! But re-engineer away, Neville, that'll be interesting too.
Yes, hope they come back soon. Christopher too, though he's probably got a lot to contend with atm, poor bugger. It'll be nice to see them all back :)
I think this site is amazing, and credit to whoever oversees it (it's been so long, I can't remember who it is - that's an age thing, right?) but I've only ever seen one instance of negative comments on here, and that from someone who didn't stay long. Everyone is very talented and immensely supportive. Long may Drablr continue!

It’s Michael Cook who started/owns the site (info@drablr.com). He is a good guy and whenever there is a problem like there was a couple of weeks ago when it went down, I email him and he fixes things fast. He works in Munich right now and seems to work really hard. He won’t read this but three cheers for Michael and Drablr!

Hear hear!! I'll have a drink to him later on this evening. Perhaps even more than one!

Me too, at least two!

Thanks, Drew, for the thoughts. I had a rough go of it for a few weeks but I'm trying to get things back to normal (or as normal as things can get for someone like me!).
And I'm trying to take this weekend to catch up, although it may take another weekend too.
