His mentor told him to be patient. "Patience is a virtue," he would say. "Wait for the right moment," he would say. "Opportunities present themselves," he would say. "Good things come to those who wait," he would say. "Take the road less traveled," he would say. "Take the high ground," he would say.

Doing what he was told was difficult because he lacked self-discipline. Because of youthful arrogance and ignorance, he initially failed to succeed.

Eventually, he listened to his mentor's teachings and became the best at his trade. As far as mercenaries went, snipers named their own price.

    Good stuff Michael... I was left guessing until the very end. I never realised though how much a successful career in assassination relies on cliches.
