Fixer Upper

The place didn't look all that bad, and if you imagined long enough, you could get a sense of just how cozy it could be. With the right amount of sweat equity and ingenuity, it could be a great place to live.

Close inspection did reveal some flaws. Some were cosmetic, and others needed some major overhauling. But the problems weren't beyond repair.

The property was located in an ideal neighborhood and the price was right. All it needed was a little TLC. The current tenants needed to be evicted, but in the right hands, the earth had definite potential.
