Dennis, a witty Irishman, with a huge job in US aerospace, flew out of LA one day in the 90's.
He'd shared seats with some truly awful fellow travellers - fat smelly ones, compulsive talkers and worst young children. Nowadays First Class offered a more protective cocoon.
Taking his seat he broached his neighbour for the flight:
" Hi! Don't I know you from somewhere?" Aren't you in films?"
Clearly irritated the effete man rudely mumbled, "Yes that's right" and turned away.
It was Michael Douglas, up his own arse as usual.
"Weren't you in Spartacus?" came the epic put down.

Love it! These people who are up themselves get up my nose! Bravo Dennis, bravo! A perfect story for a drabble.
