Mirrors

She saw the them coming. They were like stars falling from the sky. Alien life forms that she had never seen before. She knew they would come. People warned her of them. Now they were attacking her. Her body and identity were at war with them. They would not go away. More and more of them came in every day, robbing her of the life she had known. She would have to do something about it. She went to the store. Standing in the checkout line with her bottle of hair color, she wondered if anyone was noticing the grays.
