O.B.E.

He watched himself sleep as he hovered above his body.
He'd been able to astrally project for as long as he remembered.
It kinda took the fun out of his childhood since because of it, he discovered that Santa wasn't real.
Usually he'd only be out for an hour or two, but something felt off this time; he can't seem to return to his body.
Then suddenly, his physical body twitched and sat up on its own, opening its empty eyes—a gaping abyss.
He was sucked into his eyes, then his body collapsed on his bed.
He never woke again.
