On Love and Goodbyes

By the time you're reading this I have already moved on from the sad illusion I have built up in my mind that by happenstance, you and I could possibly happen. Yet with the turn of events, I am afraid my former statement would remain as it is, an illusion.

It's sad to think that I once fell for someone I know could never love me back, but does hoping for reciprocated love, ever wrong?

But I have had enough of thinking that the sad illusion I once thought would become a reality. I am stronger now.
