Caught Out

Peter, Paul and Stella decided to take their street skills into school. One playtime they nipped back into the classroom and nicked the petty cash tin from the teacher’s desk leaving the drawer ajar.

After the break the crime became apparent but became difficult to solve. Acting on a tip off the teacher questioned Peter and Stella who strongly denied any wrongdoing.

“Well,” said the teacher. “I’ve got a witness. I think I’ll bring him in.”

The children refused to budge but when the teacher brought in the witness they were dumbfounded.

“Paul,” wailed Stella. “You were the look out.”
