It had taken all morning to hike across the rough terrain. The sun was beating down and their legs were tired, but there it was at last. A monument to human ingenuity, towering above them so high that they had to strain to see the top.

“Oh, Adrian, it's absolutely amazing, but do you really think we can get to the top now?” said Beryl, breathlessly.

Unfortunately, Beryl never got to hear Adrian's answer, as something came out of the sky and crushed her, completely flat.

“Ugh, beetles! Don't you just hate them?” said the postman, pausing by the gate.
