Can’t wait to see those eyes, bright eyes, wise eyes, wise guys chase you but they aint got a chance, they watch while you pass but you never look their way. They all got that sad hunger that drives men into the shadows, inside and out. I’m one of the lucky ones, so how long’s left, two slow ticking hours.
You’ll be getting home yourself about now (don’t clean, I’ll clean).
Problems with the systems, blank screens stare at blanker eyes. Staff meeting: meet in haste, repent in pleasure: network’s down, go home we don’t need you today. Thanks, God.

I wish I lived this one! Alas, no one to come home to. :(

It's great if you have the "right" partner, but so many people (single and in living-together relationships) I know would prefer to live alone. Someone recently said to me "I'd kill to be living on my own again" which was a bit worrying. I'm sure they didn't mean it literally!
