Steve stared at the monitor intently. The ignorant comments enraged him, and he wanted to enlighten these noisy cretins.

Facts weren't popular these days, so his views were often scorned; regardless, he typed feverishly, and his truths began to appear on the screen.
Satisfied, his cursor moved to the 'Post' button.

Wait. If I post this, the world will know my thoughts, and that can cause a backlash, he thought. They don't want truth. What if I'm branded with a harsh, career-ending adjective?

He highlighted his words, and clicked the backspace key.

Truth has no place on the internet.
