The Fight

It was a brutal fight; the worst of all the fights they’d had so far.
The girl watched, fascinated at first and then through squinting eyes, as the fight grew uglier, punches and kicks punctuated by head butts and clawing hands around necks.
The men grunted and groaned, clothes ripping, buttons flying off shirts. Despite the ferocity of the fight, neither one appeared ready to concede.
Then it happened.
With a bloodcurdling yell, the bigger of the two men ripped the other’s arm off.
The girl gasped.
Her brother, the boy holding the two brawling Action Men, burst into tears.
