Friends Amidst the Apocalypse

The apocalypse had been going on for about a year now. People raided and scraped at the buildings that had survived the bombings and intense radiation, that had caused zombies and other weird stuff to start coming out of the ground. Thunk! Will thwacked a crawling zombie on the head with his metal baseball bat. "They're everywhere still!" he called to the rest of his group. Will had been living with these people since the apocalypse started and they were starting to become family. He trusted them and he was sure that they trusted him back. Will loved these people.
