The Cure ...

A young couple wanted to become parents, but didn't succeed.
Finally they went to see a doctor about it.

He asked:
"Well, when you go to bed. What is it, you do then?"
The man blushed and said: "We're cuddling and kissing like mad..."

The doctor asked the wife to lay down on the cot and then - in front of the husband - let down his trousers and took the wife.

"Now", the doctor said, dressing himself again.
"This needs to be done at least once a week."

"Ok", the husband replied ponderingly, "do I need to be present each time?"
