Hurry to the shops, mop the floor, make the beds, peg out the washing.
Busy, busy, busy.
Why can't I step away, give myself space and time, becoming calm, relieved of day to day stress and tension.
Relax, breathe, rest and clear the mind.
Meditate, forget your body, visualise a beautiful beach or a cool woodland, see the slowly sinking sunset, hear the singing birds, smell the roses, feel the cool waves on your toes and taste the fresh air.
Enjoy that floating feeling,
Then gently open your eyes,
Take your time.
Oh shucks
It's raining and the washing's out!

Oh no! This one really carries you along then you snap out of it and feel the narrators frustration.. ☺

I remember my mom or my sister running out at the first sign of sprinkles to grab the washing off the line. Nice one, Marion.

You had me going there, Marion! Reality kicks in with size twelve boots! Excellent!
