Oh, The Ironing

This morning I overheard my wife telling her sister that she loved ironing. We've been married almost twenty years now, and I never knew this. I felt a bit ashamed that this could have gone unnoticed. I've never been a stickler for this, she's always taken care of me. So, I gathered a few things and took them downstairs.
My wife looks at me and says, "What is this?"
"For you to iron", I said proudly, "You love it!"
"I do?"
"Yeah, I heard you say it this morning."
"I never said that!
Oh, wait" she said, "I love irony"
