I want to meditate more, but I think that it will require a fundamental shift in my daily life. My daily routine.

That's not necessarily a bad thing, it will just be difficult.

How can writing and meditation work to bolster each other? Meditation could lead me to ideas for which I could write. It could also help me to focus more, also helping me to write.

That definitely seems like they can be mutually beneficial.

For me, the next step is to set some goals for how often and how long I want to meditate.

And then do it.
