When life knocks you down on the floor, no need to get up just yet, you are at the right level to adopt a meditation pose. Take a deep breath. Breathe in, breathe out. Repeat a few times. Don't worry about the murderous thoughts crossing your mind, they are perfectly normal. Release with love (yeah, yeah I know!) Breathe in, breathe out. Repeat a few times. Now you can get up. Feeling better? Great! Not feeling better? oh nevermind, go murder that son of ...err, you know, the one who annoyed you... but always do so with love. Be Zen!
