Oh-oh I'm being much too negative today
Can I find something happy to say
Well yes, I had success, I confess
To tell, I've had a fight with WiFi you know
My fantastic computer has been set low
By my WiFi, every so often won't go
I got sick of the problem and found the dough
Looked up new WiFi's with reviews that glow
Found one with a +5db aerial, "THAT'S IT!!"
Between the cables at the back it might fit
Arrived yesterday in a plastic pack
Screwed it up...put it on
It's marvelous and I haven't looked back

Yes, very true. Some time back I setup a cabinet with all many of yummy bits and when it came to WiFi I just bought a USB thingy and given it was 802n I assumed it would be that. Assumed is the mother of all stuffups. So after months of dropouts I looked at reviews until I found what looked best, paid up and I finally have peace.

My WiFi is good. Unfortunately my cable company is crap. When I have a problem it's usually with the internet going out altogether. The techs finally sorted it out a few months ago, it was a problem with one of the poles down the road, but it was frustrating as hell as it went on for a couple of years before they finally figured it out.
