Meta Story

If I’m tempted to write and I haven’t a dot
I have to dig down and determine what’s what
I start using my tricks to get words on the page
I first use “How, When, Where, What, Why” in a setting and age
Next trick is to craft a story that’s entire
It must have a start middle and end that I might desire
Then taking both systems I craft into one
Sometimes it's hard, other times it's fun
Then next comes 100 words, I forget at the start
Finally cut and add to 100 as that is the art
